Return and Replacement Policy:

At The Banyan Tee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition with all the accessories and packaging included. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding the shipping charges) to your original payment method. Please note that the return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacements: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it for you free of charge if you are located within the USA. If you are located outside the USA, you will have to bear the forward shipping charges for the product and the replacement product will be free of cost. 

Procedure: To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at info@thebanyantee.us with the following details:

• Order number
• Reason for return/replacement
• Photo or video of the product (if applicable)
• Whether you would like a refund or replacement

We will respond to your email within 24 hours with instructions on how to return the product (if applicable). Please note that we may require additional information or documentation to process your return or replacement.

Exceptions: The following products are not eligible for returns or replacements:

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Products with missing parts or accessories
• Personalized or custom-made products

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return or replacement request if we determine that the request does not comply with our policy or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
